Công cụ chuyển đổi phục vụ dữ liệu ngân hàng
Trang này chia sẻ các tiện ích nhỏ giúp xử lý file nghiệp vụ, chuyển đổi dữ liệu và tạo đầu ra thuận tiện cho kiểm tra, đối chiếu, báo cáo và phân tích.
1. Công Văn Điều Chỉnh R18 → Excel
Chuyển đổi danh sách khách hàng điều chỉnh R18 đính kèm công văn CIC/TTTD sang file Excel.
Mục đích
Công văn điều chỉnh R18 thường có danh sách khách hàng bị tách dòng hoặc tách qua trang PDF. Người dùng chỉ cần upload file PDF, hệ thống sẽ đọc toàn bộ trang, gộp dòng bị tách, làm sạch dữ liệu và trả về Excel.
- InputFile PDF công văn điều chỉnh R18.
- Xử lýĐọc tất cả bảng bằng Camelot, làm sạch text, chuẩn hóa cột và gộp dòng bị tách qua trang.
- OutputFile Excel `.xlsx` tải trực tiếp qua trình duyệt.
2. PDF Bảng/Sao Kê → Excel
Chuyển đổi các file PDF dạng bảng, sao kê hoặc lịch sử giao dịch sang Excel với cấu hình đọc bảng linh hoạt hơn R18.
Mục đích
Tool này dành cho các PDF bảng khác như sao kê giao dịch, lịch sử giao dịch chứng khoán hoặc báo cáo xuất từ hệ thống.
- InputPDF có bảng/sao kê dữ liệu.
- Xử lýThử nhiều kiểu đọc bảng như lattice/stream và xuất dữ liệu tìm được ra Excel.
- OutputFile Excel tải trực tiếp qua trình duyệt sau khi hoàn tất.
Các công cụ dự kiến mở rộng
Thư mục `tools/` đã được tạo để gom script và trang con khi cần thêm tiện ích mới.

Làm sạch text, mã khách hàng, số hợp đồng, số tiền và ngày tháng trước khi nạp báo cáo.

1. R18 Adjustment Letter → Excel
Convert customer lists attached to R18 adjustment letters into Excel.
Purpose
R18 adjustment letters often include customer lists split across lines or PDF pages. Users only need to upload the PDF file; the server reads all pages, merges split rows, cleans the data and returns an Excel file.

- ProcessingRead all tables with Camelot, clean text, standardize selected columns and merge rows split across pages.
- OutputAn `.xlsx` file downloaded directly by the browser.
2. PDF Table/Statement → Excel
Convert table-style PDFs, statements or transaction history reports to Excel with table-reading settings separate from R18.
Purpose
This tool is for other table PDFs such as transaction statements, securities trading history or system-exported reports.
- InputA PDF containing tables or statement data.
- ProcessingTry table extraction modes such as lattice/stream and export detected data to Excel.
- OutputAn Excel file downloaded directly by the browser after conversion.
Planned utilities
The `tools/` folder has been created to collect scripts and child pages as more utilities are added.
Data standardization
Clean text, customer IDs, contract numbers, amounts and dates before loading reports.
File reconciliation
Compare two Excel lists, detect mismatches, missing records, duplicates and export checking results.
Report export
Generate output files for dashboards, Power BI or periodic reports.
